The majority of the construction crew traveled to San Marcos La Laguna to work on a private home for LWH friend, John Bush. This opportunity allowed our green building team to raise funds for Técnico Maya and share alternative construction techniques with builders in San Marcos. In addition to the multi-level “U”, LWH built three ferro-cement cisterns to harvest rain water. Systems were set-up for gray and blackwater cells, along with a wood-fired bathtub.
